Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm.

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders: 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.

Returns:

In order to be eligible for a refund, all returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of purchase date. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. To return an item, please email customer service at sales@letsgocng.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to email our customer support team at sales@letsgocng.com or call 405-677-5400.  Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.  Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Exchanges:

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at 405-677-5400 with details of the product and the defect.  Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Restocking Fee:

We will issue a refund/credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 14 days of product receipt. It must be returned in the original packaging and in salable condition. Returned product is subject to a 20% restocking charge, 25% on replacement parts and 30% on special ordered parts) and must be returned freight prepaid.
